And the Holy Spirit helps us in our
weakness. For example, we don’t know
what God wants us to pray for. But the
Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings
that cannot be expressed in words.
Think about this for a moment… Recently, what has God done in your life? (This week, this month, this year.)
It is easy to be consumed by complaining as all of the overwhelmingly adverse situations in our lives seek to engulf us.
But one thing that we should never forget, is that in the midst of it all, God continues to work on our behalf!
Think about the situations that He has helped you to endure, that challenges that His strength continues to allow you to persevere through, the obstacles that you have overcome, and the fact that He has preserved your life through a global pandemic!
Make no mistake about it, it has been more than the mask, social distancing and the marvels of modern medicine that has kept you thus far!
There is nothing that God is unable to do. His Spirit has been with you, ever present at all times! For He has promised to never leave us alone.
Today, I invite you in an act of gratitude and with loving trust, to ask God to continue to work in your life. Cooperate with Him as He graciously leads in your life.
